What is food freedom? It's feeling in complete control over the food you consume, rather than food having control over you. It's removing the morality of food, releasing the feelings of shame and guilt in relation to food. It's releasing yourself from years of dieting and rules into eating intuitively on your own terms. Having a healthy relationship with food is completely possible. Food freedom has nothing to do with diets, meal plans, willpower of discipline. You will learn how to listen to the innate signals within your body like hunger and fullness, to trust your body and to gain control over food through intuitive eating.
Over 7 sessions of working together, we will start where you are and tackle your limiting beliefs about food and body. Using intuitive eating each session will have a theme and you will be provided with personalized tools, exercises and support to heal your relationship with food. Handouts, activities and email support will be given between sessions.

6 x 45 bi-weekly themed sessions that are carefully curated to take you from where you are and guide you along the intuitive eating process

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do! I am happy to work with you to find a payment plan that works for you! Sliding scale and payment options are available upon request for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and folks in difficult financial situations.
Will you provide a meal plan?
No, meal plans can often be restrictive and this program is designed to help you create your own nutritious, intuitive lifestyle! Intuitive eating heavily focuses on the emotional and psychological aspects of eating. Guidance on how to approach nutrition will be provided.
Do you only work with vegans?
No, I work with all types of eaters. Intuitive eating is for everyone and all eating styles. I am a vegan nutritionist however my way of eating/lifestyle will never interfere with us working together :) I will always do my best to create a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space.
Will I be able to book sessions with you after this?
Absolutely, many clients want to book follow-up sessions later on and I welcome that! I offer a discounted rate for 30 minute and 45 minute follow-up sessions.
Will I lose weight eating intuitively?
Weight loss can be a side effect of intuitive eating, however it is not the goal. Every body is different, this program teaches you to embrace your body as is.
Is the program virtual?
Yes the program is 100% virtual. All sessions will be held on zoom. Appointments via phone call are available upon request.
