Group Coaching Program
A program designed to help you break free from calorie counting, restrictive diets (that don't work) and negative thought patterns about body and food.

I know, because I have been there. I've created this program using the tools and strategies I've used to overcome disordered eating and find food freedom.
This program includes:
6 themed bi-weekly live virtual sessions with 30 min Q&A designed to help you integrate & practice the principles of intuitive eating
Access to a private Facebook group only for the people in the program. A safe space to talk, discuss and learn from others.
Session handouts, exercises and mindful activities.
Intuitive eating coaching with a group experience
1-on-1 wrap up call near the end of the program
After taking this program you will notice improvements in so many areas of your life; relationship with food, body and quality of life to name a few!

This program runs twice a year, with a small group of women dedicated to food freedom. Limited spots available.

How long is the program?
10 weeks of learnings & integrating
Will I be working with you 1-on-1?
This program is a group program, you will be working closely with me as well as the others in the group. Included is a 1-on-1 session near the end of the program.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do! I am happy to work with you to find a payment plan that works for you.
Will you provide a meal plan?
No, meal plans can often be restrictive and this program is designed to help you create your own nutritious lifestyle!
Do you only work with vegans?
No, I work with all types of eaters. Intuitive eating is for everyone and all eating styles.
What happens if I can't make a session?
Sessions will be recorded and sent to you in the event that you can't make the date.
Will I lose weight eating intuitively?
Weight loss can be a side effect of intuitive eating, however it is not the goal.
Is the program virtual?
Yes the program is 100% virtual. All sessions will be held on zoom.
