2 Ingredient Cultured Coconut Yogurt!

Ever wanted to make your own cultured coconut yogurt? Well here you go! :) It's so simple, you only need 2 ingredients!

👉 Coconut milk + 2 Probiotic capsules

All you do is empty one can of coconut milk into a container. Whisk it to remove the lumps. Add in the powder part of your probiotic, stir with a wooden spoon. Cover with a breathable material (I use coffee filters) and let it sit for 2 days on the counter out of the sun! Once it's thicker and bubblier (that's a word right?!) stir it and place in the fridge with a tight lid. Allow to sit for 24 hours to thicken up! That's it that's all! Sweeten with maple syrup and use as you would any yogurt

Helpful Tips: ▪️ Be sure to purchase full-fat coconut milk ▪️ You want to look for probiotics that contain 1 or more of these probiotic strains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidus lactis
