Baked Portobello Mushroom Fingers! 😍

Incredible | Delicious | Crispy | Easy 👌

Flax is an amazing source of omega 3's Chickpea flour is an awesome source of fibre and protein Portobellos are antioxidant rich and great immune support


👉You'll need: 3 portobello mushrooms 3 cups of bread crumbs (use GF if needed) 6 tbsp ground flax 4 tbsp chickpea flour 1 tbsp oregano (can use any spice or nutritional yeast) S+P to taste


1) Slice portobellos into strips (3-4 per mushroom cap) 2) In a bowl, mix flax with 8 tbsp water, you want a liquidy texture 3) Place chickpea flour in a bowl mix in spices 4) Place bread crumbs in a bowl 5) Dip mushroom strips into the flour, then flax, then breadcrumbs and lay on a non-stick baking sheet. Do this until all are coated. 6) Bake in oven on 425 degrees for 15 mins, then turn and bake for another 10 7) Serve with a delicious sauce, I paired them with a homemade marinara, you can do a southwest, BBQ - your choice!
