🍌Banana Blueberry Walnut Muffins⁣⁣

Plant based and delicious. Naturally sweetened and made in minutes!⁣⁣

《Ingredients》⁣⁣ 3 ripe bananas⁣⁣ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil⁣⁣ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar⁣⁣ Pinch of salt⁣⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣⁣ 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣ 1 1/4 cup coconut flour⁣⁣ 1 cup whole grain flour⁣⁣ 2 heaping tsps baking powder ⁣⁣ 1/4 tsp baking soda⁣⁣ 1 cup cashew milk⁣⁣ 1 cup fresh blueberries⁣⁣ 1/2 cup crushed walnuts⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 《Method》⁣⁣ Heat oven to 350°⁣⁣ Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in all of the wet ingredients.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Combine well. Add in the dry ingredients except for the blueberries and walnuts.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Once everything is mixed, fold in the walnuts and blueberries.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Oil muffin tin lightly with coconut oil.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Fill the muffin tin. The batter doesn't really rise, fluff up the top and fill the tin so that there is batter sticking out. ⁣⁣ Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
