Chocolate Banana Oats

Mmmm, breakfast - my favourite meal! There are so many delicious ways to get your day started and here is one! This recipe has minimal ingredients, cooks up in minutes AND has no added sugar! It is sure to keep you nice and full too.

You'll need:

1 Cup Oats 2 Cups Nut Milk

1 Mashed Banana 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds Add all ingredients to a pot on medium heat. Cook until the mixture is thick and not too liquidy. That's it! Top with whatever you'd like: fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter, coconut etc. Enjoy this delicious breakfast!
