Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Treats

Valentines! The day of love! Whether you are a huge valentines fan or not, you definitely WILL be a fan of these. How can you go from with chocolate, peanut butter and rice crisps?! These are SO easy and depending on how dark your chocolate is, they can be refined sugar free.

You'll need:

1 dark chocolate bar

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup whole grain crispy rice (used nature's path)


All you do is melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add in the peanut butter. Once these two are well combined, remove from heat.


Now you have to act fast, add in the maple syrup and the rice crisps and stir until the crisps are coated.


You can roll them into balls, fill a silicone mould (I did hearts) or you can literally just eat it by the spoonful! No judgement ;) Happy Valentines :)
