Coconut Quinoa Papaya!

I loooove papaya, it's so great for your digestion and it's nice and sweet! This is delicious, full of fibre, protein and healthy fat 😍

1 can coconut milk 1 cup quinoa 1 tsp cardamom 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon Combine and simmer until quinoa is cooked. Cut up 1/2 a mango and combine with quinoa mixture. Cut and remove seeds from half a papaya and fill with mixture - top with coconut shreds. Enjoy!
