I'm all about eating delicious foods and snacks and really what's better than PB and chocolate?!
Here's how to whip these up!
Takes 2 minutes!
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (I do crunchy)
1.5 cups of crispy rice (I use Natures Path organic)
1/4 cup of peanuts (optional)
In a double boiler (pot of boiling water with a metal or glass bowl on-top) place chocolate and peanut butter. Melt together well.
Remove the bowl from heat, add in peanuts and crispy rice. Stir until all rice is covered.
Place mixture in a non-stick pan. Can be round or square, whatever you have. You can swerve some extra PB on-top if you wish!
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
That's it! Break apart and store in fridge
