👉To make you'll need: 2 Cups Quinoa Flour 1 Tsp Baking Soda 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg 1 Tbsp Chia Seed 1 Cup Almond Milk 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 Tsp Vanilla 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
🥞In a bowl mix almond milk with the acv. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Stir in vanilla + maple syrup. 🥞In a separate bowl mix chia seeds with water, allow to sit for 2 minutes this will form a "chia egg". 🥞In a separate bowl mix, flour, baking soda, cinnamon + nutmeg. 🥞Combine everything and mix together. Allow to sit for 5 minutes while you heat the pan. Cook on medium to high heat with coconut oil. Flip once you see bubbles in batter. :) Enjoy + top with delicious fruit, syrup, nut butter - anything you want!!
