Double Chocolate Brownie Bites

Holy moly, you neeeeeeeeeeed to try these. I am not just saying this, they are amazing and I have no doubt that whether a child or an adult tries these, they will fall in love. Simple, refined sugar, free gluten-free, nut-free and vegan! They check all the boxes and then some! Perfect for a snack or on the go. This recipe makes 6-7 bites, double or triple for more.

Here is what you need:

- 1 Cup Almond Flour

- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

- 2-3 Tbsp Oat Milk (or of choice)

- 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1/4 cup Hemp hearts

- Dash of Salt If you'd like to keep these refined sugar free, use dark chocolate chips, if you don't care then use whatever type of chips you'd like! :) Method:

Place hemp hearts in a food processor and process until they are a flour texture. Add in all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Process, it will come into a ball like texture. This is what you want. If it is too loose add a little more almond flour, if they are too dry add in a bit more milk. Once the texture is right, place the batter in a bowl and add in the chocolate chips. Mix in. Take 1 tbsp of batter and roll into balls in your hand. Place on a plate. Do this with all the batter. If you would like chocolate dripped on top, melt some of the chocolate chips and drizzle. Place in the fridge to firm up and voila! Brownie bites! Yum! :)
