Homemade Chocolate Cups!

This is a super delicious way to enjoy a sweet treat with no refined sugars and so easy to make.

The healthy fat in the nut butters will help slow down the digestion of sugar in the body to reduce spiking your blood sugar. Did you know chocolate causes your brain to release endorphins that make you feel really awesome? :) These cups are filled with natural peanut butter, natural hazelnut butter, natural almond butter and chia seed jam.

What you'll need! Little paper cups, dark chocolate and whatever filling you'd like! :)

To make, melt 80% dark chocolate (or whatever you prefer, I love dark chocolate - the darker the healthier) I used 2 full bars for these 12 cups. Place about a teaspoon of the melted chocolate in the papers and roll the chocolate around to coat the sides. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Repeat twice for a good chocolate coating on the outside of the cup. Once frozen, place in your filling such as peanut, almond, cashew, hazelnut butter, berries, nuts - whatever you'd like!

Once filled, top the cups with the rest of the chocolate. You can top the cups with nuts at this point.

Allow to freeze for an hour. Keep in the freezer until you'd like to eat. Set out for a few minutes before eating to allow the paper to come off easier and ENJOY!!
