Mango + Papaya Chia Seed Pudding

Loaded with fiber, antioxidants, protein and healthy fat! This is a great brain suport - awesome way to stay the day!

▪️Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein and good Omega 3 fat - even more Omega 3's than salmon gram for gram! The are a great powerhouse food! ▪️Mangos are high in fiber and antioxidants. The have been shown to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and are a great source of vitamin K, great for bone health. ▪️Papaya is loaded with vitamin C, folate and fiber. It contains an enzyme called papain which is amazing for digestion. ▪️Cardamom is a great spice that helps maintain overall health. Great paired with papaya and mango.

Ingredients: 1 cup of chia seeds 1 can of full fat coconut milk 1 cup cashew milk *you can do 2 cups of any milk 1/4 cup of maple syrup 1tbls of cardamom 1tsp of vanilla


▪️Combine into a bowl and let it sit overnight in the fridge.

▪️Top with chopped up papaya, mango, walnuts and coconut shreds. 👌

✨So delicious! A great breakfast that you can make ahead and store. Makes 3 Mason jars worth. Feel free to put your own spin on this with berries, cacao, etc. 😊
