Papaya Pineapple Salsa

This light, juicy and tropical salsa doesn't just taste great but has a host of healthy benefits! Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain and papaya contains an enzyme called papain which are both amazing for digestion and helps you to break down food. Both fruits are also full of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Papaya and pineapple help to protect your skin again damage by reducing free radicals, and contain Vitamin C which helps to reduce signs of aging. The best part about this salsa is the fact that everyone will love it and it's great to bring to any social events this summer to share! :)


1/2 Papaya 1 cup Pineapple

5 Chives 1 Jalapeno (optional)

Juice of 1 Lime

1 tsp of Salt Method:

Chop it all up, mix it together and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour to get all the flavours to come together. You can use less jalapeno is spice isn't your thing. Enjoy!
