Yum! These are delicious and super easy to make! Made with quinoa flour and sweetened naturally, gluten free and vegan. Quinoa flour is a great alternative to flour as it adds protein to the meal. It will help to keep you full and is gluten free!
Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa flour 1 banana 1/2 cup mashed raspberries 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup hemp hearts 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon 1 cup coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add in dry ingredients, then coconut milk, vanilla and raspberries - you have your batter!
Turn stove on medium heat and add in a bit of coconut oil. Use a 1/4 cup to scoop your batter into the pan. Wait until the top is really bubbly and flip. Makes about 10 pancakes.
