🍓Raspberry Chia Seed Jam!

So easy to make, so nutritious, free of refined sugar and healthy. Now you can ditch the store bought jams that are obscenely high in sugar and preservatives and make your own in under 5 minutes! 😊 Blend up 👇 1 cup of fresh raspberries 3 tbls chia seeds 1 tsp of maple syrup (add a tad more if want it sweeter) Splash of vanilla 3 tbls water And VOILA chia seed jam you can keep in the fridge. Play around with fruits (Blueberries, strawberries, peach etc.) and flavours! :)


✨Chia seeds are high in Omega 3's, they help to reduce inflammation in the body and are high in protein and fibre. Raspberries are high in antioxidants, fibre and quercetin which helps ease inflammation.
