Savory Cauliflower Chickpea Wraps

So easy to make, really delicious and pairs well with some guacamole on the side.

The perfect plant-based appetizer!


To make you'll need: 12 small tortillas 1/2 a head of cauliflower 1 small can of chickpeas 1 small can of tomato paste 1 tbsp of chili powder 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of nutmeg 1 tsp of paprika


Method: ➛Cut cauliflower into florets, lay on a baking sheet with a little oil and bake for 40 minutes at 350° ➛In a pan, combine all of the other ingredients and heat for no more than 10 minutes. ➛Once the cauliflower is baked, add to the tomato and chickpea mixture. ➛Lay tortillas flat and add the mixture to the top of the tortilla and roll them into wraps. ➛Place in a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Until browned. ➛ Serve warm, with a side of guac!
