Super Crunchy Kale Chips

First things first, these are not a replacement for traditional chips, kale will never taste like a deep fried potato chip. These also aren't for "curbing" your desire for chips or any of that diet nonsense.
Kale chips are just a fun way to eat kale and an awesome snack! If you want traditional chips, eat those chips!
If you want kale chips or want a neat way to eat kale, then these my friends are the easiest, crunchiest kale chips you'll ever make!
The secret: DINOSAUR KALE! Some call it black kale. It's got a darker thicker leaf and the best for baking.
How to:
Set oven to 350F degrees
Wash your kale
Remove the leaves from the stem
Break into chip sized pieces
Mix your spice. I did 1 tbsp of avocado oil, 1/4 tsp s+p and 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
Lather your leaves in spice. Really get in there. Coat them well.
Lay your leaves on a baking sheet with parchment paper (super important step) Make sure they are separated
Bake for 7-8 mins, flip, bake for another 5-7 mins
Boom, delicious, easy kale chips in under 30 mins!
