Vegan Brownies

These brownies are, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and absolutely delicious! Seriously, these are amazingly moist and satisfying.

Made with oat flour, sweetened with dates and maple syrup these make for an amazing alternative to traditional brownies without the disappointment!


2 cups oat flour⁣

1 cup oat milk⁣

3 tbsp ground flax ⁣

8 dates⁣

3/4-1 cup water⁣

1/2-1 cup dark chocolate chips⁣

1 tsp baking powder⁣

3/4 cup cocoa⁣

1/2 cup maple syrup⁣

Pinch salt ⁣


In a bowl mix flax and 4 tbsps of water, allow to sit.⁣

Place dates in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to sit for 15 mins. Remove seeds from dates and place in a blender with 3/4 cup of water. Blend into a paste.⁣

Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt together. Add in the wet ingredients plus the date paste. Mix well.⁣

Add in chocolate chips, between 1/2 a cup to 3/4 of a cup.⁣

Place in a 8x8 baking dish, oil or butter the dish. Top the brownies with leftover chocolate chips as desired.⁣

Bake on 375 for 25 mins. ⁣

🥰Cool and enjoy!⁣

They keep well covered in the fridge for a week.⁣
