Yes! Creamy and delicious mushroom soup that is completely vegan!
2 tbsp oil
1 onion (diced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
4 cups of sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp dried thyme
1/2 cup red wine (dry)
1 cup Earth's Own Oat Creamer 4 cups veggie stock/water
Salt & Pepper Method:
In a pan on medium heat add in oil, onion and garlic. Saute until slightly brown.
Add in mushrooms and allow to cook down (5-10 mins)
Add in dried thyme and wine. Add stock, oat cream, salt and pepper. Allow to simmer. Add all or half the soup into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
